How long does delivery take? 

We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
You’ll receive full tracking details by email or SMS once your order is on its way.

How much is delivery?
Orders of 1–3 items cost £2.99 Tracked Delivery.
Orders of 4 or more items qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm, or during weekends and bank holidays, ship the next working day.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at info@poundextras.com.
We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s dispatched.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll sort it fast — replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Do you accept returns?
Yes! You have 30 days to return any unused items in their original packaging.
Just contact us first so we can provide the correct return details.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
At the moment, we specialise in Mix & Match deals for retail customers, but we’re always open to larger enquiries — drop us an email to discuss.
