We work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with full tracking every step of the way.

Delivery Service
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days once your order has been dispatched.
You’ll receive your tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Costs
• Orders of 1–3 items: £1.72 Tracked Delivery
• Orders of 4 or more items: FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be sent the next working day.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll get a Royal Mail tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
You’ll also receive updates via email or SMS when your parcel is out for delivery.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.
Delays caused by Royal Mail or extreme weather are rare but possible — we’ll always keep you informed.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
We can’t be held responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect delivery details.
