We want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — quickly and fairly.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any unwanted item.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Please contact us before returning so we can provide the correct return address and authorization details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.
If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow a few extra days for your bank to show the refund.
Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost.
Contact us with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue, and we’ll sort it fast.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on certain personal-use products such as cosmetics, health items, or opened consumables unless faulty.
This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, check with your bank or payment provider.
If it’s still not showing, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
